While she rests, I am sharing a simple palak paneer recipe on her blog. Thank you Shruti for introducing me to your loyal readers.
Palak paneer was one of my favorite recipes from my childhood. It might sound weird but even when I was a child, I loved greens. Originally Palak paneer is so creamy and cooked with tomatoes and onion. I personally don’t like the addition of tomatoes in palak paneer. Instead of cream, I added yogurt to make it more healthy .

Palak Paneer goes extremely well with hot and steamy Naans, fresh off the stove, with a sprinkle of grated garlic or onion seeds(kalonji).
