Don’t throw away those bananas that are turning black and soft. Turn them into yummy banana bread. It was moist,soft and flavorful.Somethings I learnt in my past 3 attempts of making banana bread are too much mixing,too much flour,sides not greased properly and not using a good quality of baking soda affects the bread by not rising,forming tunnels and tough to remove.
The original recipe calls for green coffee extract. I dint find that anywhere,So I used freshly extracted homemade hibiscus syrup, Store bought grape juice and shake some freeze dried berries with ice cubes. A Perfect low calorie refresher on a hot afternoon.
