It is very easy to make fry. My jaya aunty makes the most delicious arbi fry. She is an awesome cook. I will always remember her while making this curry.
Arbi is a starchy fleshy taproot of aroid family. Its crunchy, underground root , known as colocasia . It has more calories than potatoes but a finest source of fiber and antioxidants . Also It contains good levels of some of valuable B-Complex group of vitamins such as pyrodoxine ,folates, riboflavin and thiamin.
I love this vegetable a lot .
