Don’t throw away those bananas that are turning black and soft. Turn them into yummy banana bread. It was moist,soft and flavorful.Somethings I learnt in my past 3 attempts of making banana bread are too much mixing,too much flour,sides not greased properly and not using a good quality of baking soda affects the bread by not rising,forming tunnels and tough to remove.
I love Banana. My love for banana started from childhood itself. I remember having curd rice with freshly cut banana pieces. I love the flavor and smell of Banana.I know many of you do too. I had this yummy bread once at starbucks, It was so moist and delicious. I tried atleast 3 times to make this bread. But ended up throwing in trash . Every time I failed , I understood it more and more. Finally on a fine morning when I was about to throw my ripe bananas, I thought why not I turn them into delicious banana bread. To my surprise, It was a great success.
